Country House Renovation & Extension

Restoration and refurbishment of a country house.  The house had been unoccupied for a number of years and the roof allowed to fail allowing considerable water ingress, resulting in extensive dry rot and internal damage.  The interior was stripped back to the bare masonry walls to allow the walls to dry out and the interior reformed with lime plasters and fibrous plasterwork.

The project also included the restoration and modifications of various outbuildings and landscape.
